Buffalo gardens in "Easy Weekend Gardening" magazine

EasyGardening

Two Buffalo gardens are represented in this month's issue of Garden Gate's Easy Weekend Gardening magazine.

One garden, 75 Lancaster Avenue (page 10), is under the title of "A balancing act" with hints about keeping a garden casual with plant choices, yet formal in its structure. If you click here, the front porch staircase in the garden can be seen in the Garden Gate web slide show as the first "place-holder" image. This garden was also featured in Better Homes & Garden's Garden Ideas and Outdoor Living.

The other garden, 72 Lancaster Avenue (page 31), is under the title of "Growing a fabulous fence." It has suggestions on how to take advantage of a fence with plantings, and to promote privacy. The OUTSIDE of this fence has been featured on the covers of both Garden Gate magazine and People, Places, Plants magazine and has appeared in other publications by Garden Gate. This is the first a photo of the INSIDE of this garden has been published.

These two gardens are directly across the street from each other. Both are popular garden stops during Garden Walk Buffalo.

Again, as is Garden Gate's editorial policy, the gardens are not attributed–no gardener credit, no city mention and no zone information.
